Job Title:  Bank Operations Manager

Department:  Operations

Reports To:  CFO

FLSA Status:  Exempt


Summary:  Responsible for the bank’s financial statement, accounting practices and operations department.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manages and directs bank operations, new accounts, and teller personnel.  Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
  • Ensures all regulatory and tax reporting is filed accurately and timely.
  • Manages accounts payable process.
  • Processes wire transfer requests and oversees wire transfer function.
  • Prepares quarterly Call Report.
  • Assists and communicates with external auditors and prepares reports as requested.
  • Balances monthly accounts including prepaid assets and accrued expenses.
  • Prepares various financial reports for Board of Directors.
  • Reviews daily balance sheet, income statement and posted transactions for proper postings.
  • Assumes responsibility for special projects; gathers data and prepares reports for audits, Board of Directors, members of senior management, and other personnel.
  • Reconciles internal bank accounts.
  • Reviews daily reconciliations of official checks.
  • Prepares and reviews daily balance sheet reconcilements.
  • Back-up for ALCO Reporting and Model.
  • Submits Federal and State back-up withholding and reporting.
  • Maintains pledging for repos and FHLB borrowings.
  • Record keeping and billing of building tenants.
  • Monthly and quarterly auditing of Operations functions, including teller audits and employee account audits.
  • Reviews daily posting of general ledger entries for accuracy.
  • Monitors and orders cash supply.
  • Submits sales and use tax and reporting.


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.


  • Five (5) years bank accounting experience, directing the finance operation and supervisory experience.
  • Previous bank operations management experience.
  • Solid understanding/knowledge of Federal and State banking regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor.
  • Excellent team skills in working with other managers and department employees.
  • Proficient use of 10-key.

Title:  IT Support Specialist

Department:  Operations

Reports To:  CFO

FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt


Integrating technology to enhance the work environment; installing and maintaining computer hardware and software; providing technical support to staff to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware, software, and mobile computing issues; and resolving site operational issues.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Acts as intermediary with network administrator.
  • Works with network administrator and other IT vendors.
  • Reviews network administrator reports/logs.
  • Purchases new equipment and recommends purchase of equipment for optimal match of user needs and system capabilities.
  • Sets up new users.
  • Assists users with equipment and software issues.
  • Provides training and assistance to end-users.
  • Monitors reports regarding security, updates, and data management and reports to manager, as needed.
  • Monitors control and security reports of the network.
  • Monitors and maintains system and software updates.
  • Maintains all bank software and has a good understanding of how the software works.
  • Maintains all mobile devices, such as IPhones, IPads and Laptops.
  • Maintains relationships with vendors, such as CalTech and LanMan, Inc., to ensure all necessary services are provided.
  • Attends/conducts monthly EDP committee meeting.
  • Provides detailed security and network reports to the EDP Committee, including any needed explanations.
  • Maintains IT server room appearance.
  • Assists with reviewing and purging old equipment, software, etc.
  • Maintains an up-to-date IT Procedures Manual.
  • Other duties, as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Technical degree in an Information Technology related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work-related technical experience, preferably in banking.

Job Title: Commercial Loan Processor

Department: Commercial Loan Operations

Reports To:  Assistant VP, Commercial Loans

FLSA Status:  Non-exempt

Summary:  The primary responsibility of the Commercial Loan Processor is to provide support to the commercial loan department with focus on document processing, payment application, file maintenance, and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for producing commercial loan documentation.
  • Review loan packages prior to producing loan documents for compliance with Bank credit policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate proficiently with commercial lending staff regarding loan file details and requirements.
  • Verify loan documentation and proper approval for loans processed.
  • Identify items to be tracked to complete loan file documentation.
  • Help maintain loan accounts with focus on sound credit administration and safe banking practices.
  • Process payments and proper money movement in accordance with accounting requirements.
  • Assist in loan reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations.
  • Attend meetings and educational events to obtain information and training.
  • Maintain sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Perform other loan operational tasks.
