Outgoing Wire Transfer Request
Cornerstone Bank will process outgoing domestic wire transfer requests for Cornerstone Bank customers only. A $20.00 fee will be charged to your account for each outgoing domestic wire transfer. Cornerstone Bank’s deadline for outgoing wire transfers is 3:00 p.m. daily. Wire transfer requests received before 3:00 p.m. will be processed the same business day. Wire transfer requests received after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day. If you would like to submit a wire transfer request, please print this form. This form must be filled out with complete and correct information. The wire transfer form must be signed by an authorized signer of the account to be charged. Check 21 Information and Disclosure
As a customer of Cornerstone Bank, we feel it’s important for you to know about the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act (Check 21 Act). The Check 21 Act authorized a new negotiable instrument called a “substitute check” which will be used for clearing and settlement. A substitute check is a paper reproduction of the original check that contains an image of the front and back of the original check and can be processed just like the original check. The Check 21 Act provides that a properly prepared substitute check is the legal equivalent of the original check for all purposes. This disclosure provides information about substitute checks and your rights.
