Those are the words of Lance Cowell, President and CEO of Cowell Insurance Services. When Lance left his large regional bank, he looked for a community bank that offered high-touch service for him and his associates. How long have you been banking with Cornerstone?

“We’ve been with Cornerstone for 6 or 7 years. We moved from a large, regional bank to a smaller bank where we would get better customer service. More friendly, hands-on service for our clients.”

 

Why was it important for you to work with a bank that was rooted in Kansas City?

“We do a lot of business here in the midwest, primarily in Kansas and Missouri, and it was important for us to bank with someone based in Kansas. A lot of our clients are in Kansas, so we felt it a necessity to bank with someone local.”
