A community bank gives you real support when you need it. Recently, we interviewed Elizabeth McFadden, CEO + Director of Brand Strategy at Novella Brandhouse, a branding-focused advertising agency in business for over 13 years. As a long-time partner of Cornerstone Bank, Elizabeth shares her experience with her banking team and how it truly embodies the feeling of a personal, community bank.
Elizabeth, how has the Cornerstone Bank team helped to make the banking process easier for your business?
“The Cornerstone Bank team is amazing. Their people really help us anytime we have a banking issue or a banking question. The biggest thing is that they always answer our emails, even if it’s a silly, simple question. Or, something more in depth. But they’re always ready and willing to talk to us about it and help us solve any kind of issue that we might be facing.”
It’s our understanding you have worked with larger banks in the past. How has working with Cornerstone Bank differed from your previous relationships with larger banks?
“We’ve been with a couple of other large banks and the problem with those banks is that it’s hard to actually get someone on the phone or in-person that you can talk to and help you with your issue. We feel like we really have a personal banking relationship with Cornerstone Bank because they are local. A local bank in our community.”
