Personal Savings Account

      - This account requires a minimum of $100.00 to open

      - Interest is accrued daily on available daily balances and paid
         quarterly.

      - Transaction limitations

               Transfers from a Savings account to another account or to third
               parties by preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfer are 
               limited to six per statement cycle.

      - Fees

              A minimum transaction fee of $.50 will be charged for each debit
              transaction (withdrawal, automatic transfer or payment out of this
              account) in excess of 10 during a quarter.  This fee will not apply
              to students or account holders 50 years of age or older who have
              notified us of eligibility.
